Kashiwa International Relations Association (KIRA) has Japanese language classes. Foreigners will understand daily living in Japan through Japanese lesson. There are many classes of varying levels from beginner’s class to intermediate level classes for those who wish to improve the Japanese they already possess. Please participate in one of our classes to strengthen your Japanese ability.
1. Class fees
Annual tuition fee: 3,240 yen including tax (April 2016-March 2017)
Textbook price: about 3,000 yen (Please refer to the following textbooks)
2. Classroom
There are 3 class locations: Kashiwa Classroom, Shonan Classroom and Kashiwanoha classroom. The day & time, location and lesson contents differ at each location. Please choose the best place and time from the list below.

Study out of class

The study out of class was held at ‘Abiko City Museum of Birds” close by Lake Teganuma jointly by Kashiwa and Kashiwanoha Japanese language classroom on Saturday 31 October 2015. ‘’Japan Bird Festival, Japan’s largest bird-watching fair, was held on the day and the museum was full with a lot of people. After visiting the museum, participants enjoyed the lunch and games. It was a little chilly, but lively games warmed up the party.




The 17th Japanese Speech Presentation

The 17th Japanese Speech Presentation was held at Central Community Center in Kashiwa on Sunday 20 December 2015.
In the warm atmosphere, seventeen students of three classrooms of KIRA composed of China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, U.S.A, Iran, Iraq, Uganda eagerly presented their thoughts regarding Japan and their countries in Japanese.
