Host Family

KIRA oversees Kashiwa City’s sister & friendship cities’ home stay (overnight) and home visit (non-overnight) programs. Kashiwa families can register with KIRA as volunteers to host visitors. If you are interested, please join us!

Registration Requirements

Home Stay Families
* Can accept visitors for a certain period that KIRA requests.
* Can cover the expenses of visitors (such as meals) during their stay.
* Can take and pick up visitors to/from places KIRA requests.

Home Visit Families
* Can pay the expenses for the visit.
* Can take and pick up visitors to/from places KIRA requests.

Registration Application

Fill out the application form of “home stay” and/or “home visit”. Bring it to the KIRA office, where we will explain about the registration system.
